Enjoy a four-course French-inspired dinner prepared by Chefs Rich Perez & Alissa Svorka, paired with fine wines by Rodri Méndez. Known as the "King of Albariño," he is one of the world’s most celebrated producers of this vibrant white wine. A fifth-generation winemaker from Galicia, Spain, he crafts some of the purest, most age-worthy Albariños at his winery, Bodegas Forjas del Salnés, located in the grape’s historic birthplace, Val do Salnés. Honoring his family’s winemaking legacy, Rodri focuses on expressing the unique coastal and inland soils of the region, using traditional methods like native yeast fermentation, extended aging, and minimal intervention. His wines are known for their electric energy, minerality, and ability to develop beautifully over time.
